Delivery and Returns

Click and Collect

We do offer click and collect from our Grayshott store. When you complete your order, after you have added your address a delivery option box will come up showing Royal Mail, click on the arrows beside this and change to Collect from Store, this will remove the postage cost and let us know you would like to collect. Once your order has been packed and is ready for collection we will email you and let you know how to collect from our no contact collection box at a time that suits you. DO NOT come to collect until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

UK Shipping

We aim to process orders within 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding UK bank holidays), and then orders are sent with First Class Royal Mail- untracked, which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days. UK orders over £45.00 will receive FREE delivery, UK orders under £45.00 will be charged £3.50 for delivery.

We ship to the customer address supplied when the order is placed. We retain proof of postage for all parcels and cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post unless sent via a trackable service. If an item is sent via Royal Mail First Class - untracked and is not delivered, the customer will need to make a claim to Royal Mail for the lost parcel.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for £4.55 which is fully insured up to £50.

European and Rest of the World deliveries

Currently we are not delivering to Europe while we understand better the extra costs that our customers may have to pay and how to reduce those if possible.

In order to help our international customers we have decided to have fixed shipping rates: £15.00 per order up to the value of £150, orders over £150 will be charged £30.00 shipping, and should arrive within 12-14 working days.

PLEASE NOTE - For orders sent outside of the UK, customs charges and tax can sometimes be applied upon receipt of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.


All cut fabrics are non-returnable.

Pins and Needles would like everyone to be happy with their order. If you are unhappy with your order or it is faulty please contact Pins and Needles within 48hrs of receiving your order, do not return any items until you have been in contact with us. We can only refund goods that are received back in a re-saleable condition and will complete the refund once goods have been received and checked. The cost of postage for the returned goods will also be re-imbursed at the time of refund.
