Delivery and Returns

UK Shipping

We aim to process orders within 2 working days (Monday-Friday excluding UK bank holidays), and then orders are sent with First Class Royal Mail- untracked, which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days. UK orders over £45.00 will receive FREE delivery and will be sent second class, UK orders under £45.00 will be charged £3.85 for delivery and posted out first class.

We ship to the customer address supplied when the order is placed. We retain proof of postage for all parcels and cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post unless sent via a trackable service. If an item is sent via Royal Mail First Class - untracked and is not delivered, the customer will need to make a claim to Royal Mail for the lost parcel.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for £6.25 which is fully insured up to £50.

USA Shipping

We are shipping to the USA currently using the Royal Mail International Tracked Service and have a fixed fee of £30.00 for all orders up to 2kg in weight or with parcel H x W x L measurements of no more than 90cm in total. We will condense your parcel as much as we can, but we may need to contact you if your parcel exceeds these parameters.

European and Rest of the World deliveries

We have currently suspended all deliveries outside of the UK, but if you have something you would like to order from us, please do get in contact via email [email protected] . We are very happy to put together an order and get it weighed by Royal Mail so you have a clear picture of your postage costs. From which you can then check your own countries tax, duties and import fees that you may be liable for.If you choose to go ahead with your order, then we will invoice you via PayPal for the cost of goods and postage.


All our cut fabrics are non-returnable.

We would love everyone to be happy with their order, but if you are not or it is faulty please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order, so that we can arrange a replacement. Please do not return any items until you have been in contact with us, either via email [email protected] or telephone 01428 608817

We can only refund goods that are received back in a re-saleable condition and that we have been notified about prior to return. We will complete the refund once goods have been received and checked, within 24hrs of receipt.

The cost of postage for the returned goods will also be re-imbursed at the time of refund.
